Gorgeous and very good breakfast selection with scrambled egg and smoked salmon, for instance. Location just off Seahouses and Craster, beautiful Northumberland from here, and interesting menu to choose from.

local attraction accessibility, warm atmosphere with open fires, secure and spacious car park
The food prices seemed to lean on the high side for the quality served!!! Tiny rooms felt cramped for longer stays, especially if traveling with family!!!

The pub offers a charming atmosphere with really good food, particularly the locally sourced breakfast options like kippers and Eggs Benedict. The staff were beyond accommodating, even arranging a space for our dog at breakfast and providing a sausage for him. While the wine prices felt a bit high, the cleanliness and comfort of the cottage were great. There was, however, a noise issue from passing cars that detracted slightly from the experience.
